A thumb orthosis in the stable Origo material that provides good support for the thenar eminence and an additional support over the wrist. Fitted with a 5 cm wide elastic wrist strap that can be adjusted individually for additional wrist support. 
The ulnar side has been sloped to prevent the palmar arch from being compressed. The stay pocket is made from ballistic nylon for additional strength. 
It can be fitted with a flexible spiral spring or a flexible steel spring, both are included. The flexible steel spring can be adjusted individually to the patient. The thumb grip is adjustable. 

Indications: Work related injuries like trigger thumb, osteoarthritis, inflammations, rheumatoid arthritis and zig zag thumb.
