Tulis HD is a shock-absorbing heel cup designed to reduce stress on the calcaneus and surrounding structures in cases of heel pain. Its patented multi-cell, multi-layer waffle structure enables controlled compression and rotation under load, effectively absorbing shock waves during walking and running. At the same time, energy is returned, contributing to a more efficient load cycle.

The anatomical design helps to centre and stabilise the heel pad beneath the heel bone, which improves the natural shock-absorbing function and reduces pressure on pain-sensitive areas. The increased material thickness in the HD model provides additional shock absorption and makes the product particularly suitable for high loads or more pronounced symptoms.
The product is made from a dimensionally stable, durable and latex-free material that retains its mechanical properties over time. The heel cup can be used in most types of footwear and is recommended for use in pairs to ensure symmetrical weight distribution.

Tulis HD is used for general heel pain as well as specific conditions such as plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, heel pad syndrome and calcaneal apophysitis (Sever’s disease) in children.
