The Mediroyal Boa® Patella Lux is a new patella tracking brace with and integrated Boa® Fit System for micro adjustability and an effective support for the patella to prevent subluxation. The pad can be applied either laterally or medially on both left and right knee. The patella pad has a surface friction system that effectively catches the patella and provides alignment. The Boa® Fit System makes adjustment of the individual force easy for the patient and it can be adjusted during activity. 
The brace is made from the NRX® material with ventilated Neptune™ material in the knee fold to enhance comfort. The closure of the brace is made from micro hook that makes the application easy and secure. 

The Boa® Fit System has been integrated into a multi-density nylon material that is set up in the same way as carbon fiber. The material is laser cut in shape to provide maximum stability for the Boa® Fit System without compromising any stretch to the attachment point.
