The NRX® Tendens Wrist has a unique radial-dorsal-ulnar design with a free palm that enables the patient to have an active grip without disturbing the volar surface. Over the radial and ulnar side are two flexible steel splints positioned in open pockets. They can be adjusted and provide a good stability for repetitive ulnar-radial deviation. On the inside of the dorsal part of the brace is a NRX® Strap material integrated, that together with the elastic wrist strap controls dorsal extension of the wrist effectively. 
The NRX® Tendens Wrist can be used for craftsmen that needs to work with specific tools or in sports where you need to grip a hockey club-, racket, or a ski pole. It can also be used by industrial workers with repetitive ulnar and radial deviation.
